Haha, so "sua ku". Anyway must keep up with the younger generation. Even my niece looks at me stoned when i asked her "what is a blog hah??" :err:

okay, back to real stuff.

Had to meet a client again late today in the evening.

I actually wouldnt mind the meeting late thing, but when my little boy calls me and asks me the question, i will feel dreadful and hope that the meeting ends earlier.

However, i must say that balancing between work and family life is really difficult, especially for woman. If u asked me do u really think we can be good at work and family? My opinion is a no-no.

My work performance is somehow being affected, and in some way. My leave is always taken until the last bit left. I cannot slog and work like when i was single. Not that i enjoyed working late but just the great job satisfaction that i have when i get the job done earlier than expected or better than i wanted.

Of course now work is still being done with careful planning of my timetable. My boss understands that i have commitment and hence she is somehow more understanding than my previous bosses that i had worked for and i think this also plays a part in making the world perfect.

Somehow i do not need to work late and managed to leave on the dot almost everyday, and still be able to meet deadlines. Thankful to that but as i had mentioned my leave is always exhausted to the last bit and i have to take urgent leaves on and off for my family. Guess it is inevitable. Its all about sacrifices. Whats priority and whats not.

Oh dear, and i didnt even have a chance to ask my boy what he had done in nursery today! Feels a bit of guilt again. Will ask him tomorrow since wed is holiday. He just fell asleep with his daddy 2 hours ago -think must have been waiting up to see me then!
