Slimming day number 2 Morning exercise 10min on the cycle. Lunch had some bee hoon... Dinner had Fishballs soup and popiah... My meals like everyday same hor... Popiah again lolx... No choice work place near nothing to eat le.... Nite Exerise 40min on the cycle. So tired... Dreamt of eating mac last nite... lolx... somehow morning and nite weighting is different... no idea why.... morning weight 72kg.. than nite... | |

Today is my 1st official day for my big plan to slim 14kg A.A Current weight is 74kg...Target is 60kg... Morning - I exercise on the cycle for 30mins. Lunch - Cooked vegetable (potato/carrot/ cabbage) and chicken soup... Shouldnt have add the chicken... Made it quite oily... Although i removed the skin and fats... Shouldnt have add the potato but i need some carbo for work still @.@ Dinner - Ate the leftover soup, had 1 apple, 1 slice of... | |
