Hi, Mummy or MTB is there anyone got leg cramps. Is there anything can cure cos the pain is so bearable. Heard from my friends saying that when we sleeping we must put with a pillow to make our legs higher but for me no use at all. For the past 2 weeks have 2 attack for both left and right legs. Anyone can advise?
