Hi friends, I am mother of 5 month old DS. I want to reduce my weight. I reguarly do excersises ( 3 times a week).But I can't loose much more weight. There are sliiming tablets available in the market. Can I use them, if I am breast feeding.... Can I any one tell & guide me a method by which I will be able to loose weight. |
