Thanks for the reminder, Stonston.
I know before we got married, husband and I talked about a number of things - finances, expectations, education but we didn't really go into depth, especially with child-related things. So before the baby came, everything was fine.
When I got pregnant, things were still okay - we talked about stuff like this but in a different context/environment.
Then life threw us a few curveballs, baby came and suddenly we had a lot of things on our plate to look at but hardly any time to sit down and talk about it. Sometimes we get caught up with new responsibilities and then we tend to overlook decisions or ideas that we've already decided on.
I do know that since the baby arrived, we have not't had "us" time where we can sit down and relook at our goals/expectations/lives so that needs to be worked on constantly.
