Personally, I feel getting them to leave is gonna get ugly ... firstly, they are so selfishly thick-skinned motivated primarily by all the free food, free lodging & free maid. On top of that, they would probably be counting on your mum's soft-heartedness ... but to your mum, he's still her son & she's still her daughter in law, not to mention there's gonna be a baby who's gonna also be your mum's grandchild ... so this is only to be expected.
Unless you play hard ball, you'd probably end up with them still living with you & off you ... even when their BTO flat is ready for occupancy.
By playing hard ball, I mean you need to start making them feel unwelcomed in your flat:
1) stop making their dinner
2) stop cleaning up their room
3) stop doing their laundry
4) strictly rationing their electricity expenses
However, there are 2 things not in your favour ...
1) your pregnancy should not be burdened by such unpleasant incidents
2) your mum is probably gonna be the first to "give in" in the game of hard ball
