Hey, relax. I'm just quoting what this book, "What To Expect The First Year", recommends (first veggies then fruits). IMHO, I think pears, peaches and plums are pretty sweet. Guava is bland. And of course grapefruit has a low glycemic index.
My baby is going to be 6 months soon, and I think I'll start him on steamed kang kong or potato and then puree it. It's exciting, all these milestones
