Hello all mummies and mummies to be,
I believe that many of us know that we need to take care of ourselves during pregnancy and many mothers to be out there are actually getting themselves involve in exercising. And after delivery, many will often think and try all ways to get back into shape. The truth is that some will try and succeed and some dont't; or maybe some dont't even think about it.
I am a certified fitness trainer, with experience training pre and post natal clients. And of cos, training myself during pregnancy.
The aim of training during pregnancy would be to exercise and maintain cardiovascular level (stamina), strengthen pelvic and abdominal muscles required supporting the baby, and of cos to be able to get back into shape more efficiently after delivery of your little ones. Flexibility would also be included. And not forgetting nutritional habits. I will personally look into your nutritional habits and provide advices accordingly.
The aim of training after pregnancy is to help you regain your core strength, to assist in post-natal recovery and to get back into shape efficiently.
Training sessions can be done in the comfort of your own homes or in your personal gym.
As each and everyone of us encounter different pregnancy journey, pre-natal trainings are conducted 1:1. As I believe every mothers need the attention and guidance throughout the training. Before any training program, an assessment will be done to assess your current fitness level.
Charges would go according to number of sessions per week. Eg: 1 session per week or 2x per week etc... (Price range from $45-$65)
I truly wish you the best during your pregnancy journey and to meet your little ones too.
