I got a qn regarding latch on and bottle feed.
For those who is expressing, r you going to bottle feed your baby?
If bottle feed, will baby confuse with latch on and subsequently refused to latch on?
I am puzzled on this and not sure what to do.
Thomson Medical Center said that they will use cup feed or syringe feed baby and not use bottle so that baby will not reject latch on to nipple later.
If not sufficient, body will think lack of water and tend to retent more water and the swelling will be worst.
If really want to reduce water retention, gotta be discipline in diet, less salt, less sugar and cut down on carbo since carbo also consider sugar!
I know I can't do it since I love desserts and all kinds of cakes!
less salt can... less sugar can try.. but carbo how too?! hahahhaah i'm a rice and noodles lover hahaha faintzzzz
apollo centre also abit far.. since my bump bigger i find that i'm quite lazy to travel so far...
i think we drink as much as we can can ? i feel so bloated if i drink too much water also ..
Rem i say before my ofc gt another mummy who after 8mths still BF. I realise one things, after every session of pumping, she will bring a lot of water. she gt a bottle about 700ml, i one day see her refill 5-6times. really need so much water when BF?
your pear is yellow color skin want? i dont't like that pear hahaha.. i love the small green pear not the big "pi pa"
dont force yourself to drink so much.. drink when you think you need. or else you feel uncomfortable.
during confinement, we sure take rice wine which is heaty...
but my cousin wanna give BF so dont take much "bu" during confinement
like what bingtingyin say maybe have a schd plan we still can "bu" and BF at the same time. so dont't stress ourselves too much.
all of you replying so fast today hahahahahaha .. hmmm ML mood already ??
basically spicy food is heaty thats why they said start from week 34 try to avoid spicy , curry , and fried things to prevent baby from jaundice ..
for water retention i heard also drink more water will help you to reduce it
