My boy is 5months now n 2weeks ago, he started sleeping on his tummy. The bad thing is, he have yet to master on how to turn back on his own and so whenever he sleeps, flip to his tummy, cry and I've gotta flip him back. Thus, neither he nor I have any good rest. This is so tiring and it can go on for the whole night.
Wonder if any mummies out there can advise/share on how to prevent him from sleeping on his tummy?
I needed sleep badly! Have been awake since 5:45am this morning
hope this helps!
since aly can flip back already, then dont need bah.
hi i need advice about the necessity of a baby thermometer, and which one is adequate. There are those less than $10 and also $100+. Any moms used those less than $10 and can recommend the brand, or find no need for a thermometer at all?
Appreciate the help from any experienced mom...

You can use brown rice instead if you want to.
For me, currently i'm a FT tutor.
At times, i might not be able to prepare porridge for her.
In this case, i'll give her instant brown rice instead.
When cooking porridge, use a slow cooker. Make sure the porridge is soft & watery so that it's easier for them to swallow & digest plus lesser chance of feeling constipated.
Hmmm, i didn't prepare porridge for my girl today, else i can post up a picture of her porridge...
1. puppet playing. The lady will hold a puppet, then the puppet hand ( 1 side ) will have a glove. the lady will keep repeating to pull out the glove. then see when its baby turn, will she pull out the glove anot. surprisingly, my girl managed to pull out the glove within half a min. we were all shocked! =)
2. watch some pictures with music from the computer. see baby eyes will look where and test her memory. i think its quite difficult coz i myself, cant even remember the pics. haha!
3. they will see how baby react when playing with mummy in the room. about 10mins.
4. brave waves when listening to certain sound. its very safe. its like a hat. no electrical stuffs connecting to the hat. its like a cotton thing , which manage to detect baby brain wave. nowadays technolody very advance. if its not safe, the hospital dont dare to do the test also.
the above is conducted as a Singapore child development research studies which will see the child development from 12weeks ( in mummy's tummy ) till child turns 4years old. so in between will have test and questionairs. they paid us a small fee during each tests. even when they do measurements for baby ( height / weight/ head circumfrence, etc ), they pay me $50! =) they just collect my baby stools, $30 into my pocket. ha.
my baby is borned at 36w5d due to low waterbag level. induced twice, but no dialtion. i requested for c sect as i didnt want to drag any longer as i've wasted 33hours in the ward and delivery suite.
