My girl doesnt like to drink gripe water. She prefer taking Chinese medicine. Lol
Thought of getting nuk M size for all my narrow neck bottles.
My dr brown level 1 seems slow. Anyway I dont't think I'll continue using, too many parts to wash.
Avent teat too hard and no matter how I look at it doesn't look like my nipple lol.
Anyone tried MAM teat? The hole is on top of the teat one so when you hold it upside down won't drip. Kinda cool coz baby will only get milk when they suck.
The manager has replied me. See an abstract of her reply below.
Seriously speaking, since it's a nursing room and only mothers(women) need to do nursing, they should have gotten a female staff to check out the situation, if it's really true that they were afraid something might have happened to the person inside. I wouldn't have been traumatised if it was a group of ladies.
Be it latching or expressing breast milk, it takes time. They can't expect the lady inside to come out immediately just because they needed to move something into the nursing room (my friend and I saw that), or retrieve something from the room (as what they had claimed). There were 2 nursing rooms facing each other, and I should blame myself to choose the one they needed.
It was also rather rude of them to keep questioning me on what I was doing inside the nursing room. It's a nursing room, what else can I be doing inside? Unless they suspect there was something hanky panky going on inside. But only myself came out from the room. I dont't need to answer them what I was doing inside. It's my privacy.
Lol.. just my rantings.. My shopping trip was totally ruined though! And seriously, this incident has left a deep scar in my mind. When I was looking for a nursing room today, the incident kept replaying in my mind and it still gave me shudders down my spine. I hope no other mummies would have to go through what I have gone through. It's really a nightmare.
Thank you for taking the time to write me this email.
I deeply regret that this unpleasant incident occurred. It should never have.
You may like to know that after speaking with you, my colleagues and myself immediately went to level 4 to investigate the incident and brought the staff together who were present during the time of event to explain about the incident.
Through our investigations, we gathered that the staff needed to retrieve items from the nursing room. They waited outside for awhile and thus tried to knock on the door repeatedly for response. Unfortunately, they were unable to hear of your said reply and hence they got worried that something might have happened from within the room and immediately activated the security to discuss the next course of actions.
After speaking to them of how traumatised and upset you were, they were very apologeticfor what they have done and would like me to convey their deepest apologies to you. It is never their intention to knock down the door or to traumatise you. Truly, I agree and deeply regretted that the incident was not handled appropriately. Clearly, we failed you. Please be assured that we have already coached and counselled them accordingly.
In addition, we will be bringing this unpleasant incident to the attention of all TANGS staff during our frequent briefings to educate them better to prevent any of such recurrence.
Thank you for giving me this opportunity to explain to you.
I think they should educate their staff on time needed fir nursing or express milk. Minimum 30mins lol. Then look into the design of the room how come can't hear your reply. Suggest they build intercom lol. Guess the room sound proofed baby cries.
My friend's daughter using fast flow from MAM. Her daughter 2.5 months coping well. Finish bottle of 90ml in 5-10mins.
Oh great news my girl does take frozen milk. But the taste wise does it make any difference how long it has been frozen? I only tested on those frozen 2 days ago. Not the last month one.
I would like to find out from existing mummies here if you have any good nipple care cream to recommend.
I bought the Pigeon nipple care cream yesterday but the texture is so sticky and uncomfortable !! yucks !
Please recommend if you are currently using a good one and can advise me.
100 packs is just agar agar.. coz I dont't really count but so far I have used up at least 4 boxes of 25 packs breast milk bags..
