wa.. you all have so much milk storage..
i only started to store frozen milk, and my milk supply is just 120ml each pump..
can i ask how long can we store the frozen milk? some told me 1 month , some told me 3 months , some said 6 months..
i saw some of you said you are taking fenugreek to support the milk supply, is it effective?
i think i may need to take some supplement to increase my supply abit..
so far my gal in take only stop around 110 to 120ml per feed..
My daughter is rejecting bottle and my left breast now. Only take from my right. dont know what happen.
My baby also rejects my left breast.. I realised because left nipple is bigger, maybe she cannot suck properly. She only takes right breast for like 1-2 mins, then starts to cry.. then i bottle feed her.. sigh.. no turning back now that i started bottle feeding.. she does not like my breasts now.. wonder how to handle when we go out.. need to bring pump out and pump then bottle feed her? Any advice?
I think if you got enough supply already getting your baby used to bottle is not a bad thing.Provided got people at home help you feed and burp. Since you starting work august right.
When they too hungry they want bottle coz faster. So dillemma, I would also bring pump and bottle rather than bringing ebm. Unless that place is a restaurant sure can get hot water to warm up ebm.
Btw I managed to latch successfully just now. Initially she rejected then I removed my nursing bra and she latched on. Maybe like what my husband said, she doesn't like the nursing bra hindering her
Something to share, was speaking to her just now and she responded to me. Then I turned to watch tv and wasn't looking at her then she cried out for my attention. When I faced her again then she smiled.

Just curious, when you said scheduled feed, do you have to wake your baby up for milk when the time has reached?

I managed to store bout 1 pack every 2 days coz my girl girl sleeping through the night. She fidget and I feed also will be a quick one just to satisfy her hunger. So I am storing my early morning pump like at 3-4 am.
I think waking baby up for feed apply to newborn stage. I dont't think we should wake them up now for feed. They need to be trained now I suppose. Would you feel hungry when asleep? Lol that's what my mum always ask me. At most 2 feeds per night, as now they can sleep at least 5-6 hours without feeding.
