you manage to get can let me know? I'm looking for them too.
I think I just had my nesting urge yesterday. I changed my bed mattress wash the bedlinen n sun the pillows. Doing bit by bit daily otherwise have nothing to do at home
i have not experienced any cramps that resemble menses kind nor any nesting instinct inspired activities
think my baby is too comfy inside my tummy oh....
does anyone know what makes a labour shorter? i heard that walking lots will help! any other tips?
i remember you said you wanted to look for Ginger wine, have you found it in singapore?
I just bought it from "yu ren sheng" they have in on the shelf cost around Sgd 50+
As for the bentong ginger, my mother in law got it for me from the Blk 226 AMK market, one of the uncle sell them. She said the uncle is selling grocery and the stall is opposite the fruit stall at the corner.
Hope this would help
no news from yahyen ......
should have given birth i guess......
casshong.... from what i know through books, forums and talking to mummies, it seems the popular methods are
1. walking, climbing stairs and other light exercises
2. drinking young coconut juice and/or raspberry leaf tea few weeks before EDD
3. practising correct breathing techniques during labour
4. trying to stay as calm as possible, not tensing up the body too much
hmmm.... the rest depends on your genes, body condition, luck and help from baby, hubby, nurses, doc etc ....
that's all i can contribute, would like to hear from azzzima and taboo too as their labour periods are quite short!
I bought glutinous rice wine from an old aunty in serangoon.
Oh I only check the inside that grocery stall selling dried anchovies n stuff never ask the corner stall. I frequent that wet market too. Ok I will go check it out. Thanks for the info.
