Seems most mummies appear 'dao' but still chatty after a while!
Just curious, most of us going stay in the north-east line? For myself I stay HG and my own house in SK.
Qiqi, I will reply to your email
For my baby, I let him try using sippy but I feel it will hurt his gum as the spout seems hard. Maybe will hold for a while
ftlad : stay at home mum is more tiring than working full time! Hahaha! Thats how i feel ....but I'm slowly adapting to caring for him full time.
mrswan : my nickname (ladyluck1801). Real name (cafren). There were a couple of high chairs I saw at the motherhood fair ranging between $100+ to $200+. My budget is $100+. Gonna search online for 2nd hand ones. Am still contemplating whether to get the Philips avent steamer cum blender.
Is d motherhood fair very crowded? Is it inconvenient to push pram around?
I'm looking for an inflatable bath tub.
Actually that time I was also considering whether to buy d Philips avent steamer cum blender. But thot it's really pricey n baby won't eat blended food for very long, plus my rice cooker can steam food. So I just bought a small blender. So far preparing solids hasn't been a prob.
HI Mummies, any good deals for the baby expo? Thought of going dwn over the weekend but afraid of the crowd. If nothing much, then gonne give that a miss...

We got 4 girls 4 boys hahaha
Hotmilktea: I'm also staying in houg now( my mother's pl).
Ladyluck: I bought the Philips avent steamer cum blender. you just missed the Philips carnival sales last wk end. I heard its only $179. Glad you can join us. The Attandance list keeps getting longer
Ftlad: it's quite crowded wen I was there yesterday. Still possible to push a pram.
Someone asked about MP diaper, well I d not see it.
Mrswan: thank you for updating e Attandance list. Those who i pm rsvP thru the thread.
seems like most of you are staying North Eastern?
I think we better get each other number first before the meet up.
Sherwawa: what time did you go? I went 2 plus until 5 plus, still okie.alot of ppl but not really overcrowded. But I think if go today or next few days sure overcrowded, plus no parking. But the expo is at Hall 6B, can actually park the Carpark behind Hall 6.And parking fee is cheaper compared to parking in the front.
Sherwawa: you think the Avent steamer cum steriliser can help to save time and washing?
coz if we just steam normally in a wok and transfer the food to blend, more washing to do right?
But is it heavy, and each time can steam a lot of food?
another question is by 9 months ,we dont't really need to blend their food anymore right?because by then they should be eating more chunky food right?
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Unless I know the food need to be blended for along period of time, otherwise it's going to become a white elephant after a few months only.
Janice: what do you want to buy there?then easier for us to advice you worth to go down or not
When I was at th expo yesterday ,I came across this booth brillkids playing a video of this little girl reading at a very young age.I was asking my hubby do you want your gal to be able to read at such a young age. Then he replies, dont't need to stress her. When she goes to nursery, she will be able to read and write. He says dont't need to be so kiasu.Let her have an enjoyable childhood.
