This is a discussion on EDD in Sept 2011 within the Year 2011 and earlier Mummy forum, part of the Mummy Meeting Place category; mine is on and off i just puke my dinner last night.. i think it just lessen but not fully ...
mine is on and off
i just puke my dinner last night.. i think it just lessen but not fully go away...
i try to eat less n smaller meals.. not much vomitting..
Maybe it's what you ate? your stomach cannot accept... Maybe . Drink some warm milk, helps to settle down uneasy tummy.
Not trying to scare you but i read somewhere some mummies still have MS up to 3rd trimester. Hope you feeling better now.. how many weeks are you now?
I ate fish then vomit.. last week ate fish also vomit.. so i went home told my mom.. she told me say when she had me, she also cannot eat fish.. eat already also vomit.. then she ask me try dont't eat fish, see how..
so sad.. i love to eat fish
wah.. that is very small.....
now i share with my hubby dinners.. breakfast n lunch less..
all soft diet.. mash potato.. etc...
the weather is killing me.. i am getting so hot n sweaty!!
no choice but try ....nevermind, if it works after 9 months then you can celebrate & have LOTS of fish!! for me i cant take rice, everyday noodles or bread...
yah the weather is starting to get hot hot hot again!! cant wait to take off my bra everytime i get home. Lol....
And Hubby said to his lil monster last night , "if make mommy vomit again, daddy dont't love you already" :S so cute.. haha
and i feel a bit better this morning too..
Oh.. i read from the other thread about drinking coconut juice.. Sugar wise, it shouldn't be a problem as compared to other fruits, Coconut GI index is 45 as compared to papaya GI index is 60
Mummies who are concern about the amount of sugar they are taking in can refer to The GI Diet - List of low GI foods or GI Diet to Lower Blood Glucose
Also, if possible, stay away from fruit juices and eat the whole fruit itself.. taking fresh fruit juice contains more than one portion of the fruit.. and fruit juices from the supermarket got added sugar..
i cant take lamb or duck. feel like puking immdiately. i take only a very small portion of meat. but love vege, fish and tofu and eggs. do you guys find that your appetite is opposite from before?? cos vege and fish were my top hated food and red meat is my fav....
I'm new to the party, only just rediscovered this forum yesterday! Used to be active here on the Dec 2009 mummies thread, now my daughter is almost 16 month old and preggie with no. 2, 18 weeks along so far.
Has anyone found out the gender of their babies yet? =)
iirc from 16 weeks onwards can see the gender already, if baby cooperates during the scan. I had my checkup yesterday, trying so hard to see but doc didn't say anything, so now have to wait til 22 weeks. sian... i'm hoping for another girl but sometimes i think boy would be better, then i can close shop cos no male grandsons in the family yet.
Is your 1st child excited about the new baby? My girl is too young to understand that mummy is pregnant, but she has been kicking and punching my tummy... think she can sense it?
My detailed scan will only be at 22 weeks cos my most recent appt was at 18 weeks, so now a bit sian got to wait another month to know the gender.
Btw anyone still feeling nauseas / having food aversions? I can't eat rice, noodles, potatoes... have only gained 200 grams so far. =(
He's always wanted a sibling since he was 7. So he's looking forward to be a big brother. Moaning that I took so long and that he'll be old when his sis or brother turns 18. Lol.
Usually the elderly say a child can sense if she's getting a sibling right? Aiyah the elders have so many 'stories' n 'pantangs' anyway... But when my sis's daughter was about 2, she suddenly liked to play with her toes. My grandma said it's a sign that my sis will be having another baby. And true enough she did!
Once a while I still feel sick. Headaches are common. Especially if i get on buses or trains during peak hours, all the people rushing around makes me very dizzy. As for food i just hate chicken now... dont't know why. And i use to love KFC & bbq chicken. Now..... Eeeeeew!! Except if it's in mee soto then I'm ok. Funny .
i hope i can know my baby's gender this Saturday and hopefully, Doc Adrian says SOMETHING this time round instead of "hmmmm" =.=" i also know how to hmmmm... I'm already 18 weeks and have not't even once felt a KICK from inside my belly.. just gas and rolly feeling.. When will the lil monster finally KICK ME!!! Arghhh!! so sad.. i want to feel the lil monster kicking me
I'm sooooooo not patient at all!! I want baby to kick me.. now now now now now!!
I also want to stop the "confirm is boy", "confirm is girl" conspiracy going around me.. haha.. it's soooo frustrating when people keep looking at your tummy and then look at you and say.. "CONFIRM boy/girl" =_=" boy/girl nvm .. as long as healthy baby, mother and baby both safe can .. old people .. say cannot understand one..
have not't really thought of the names yet .. wanna wait till we see something then got that feeling and a name pops up.. haha
