yeah sometimes really hard to find idea job place.. higher pay not necessary better working place... lower pay but nice colleagues also feel better at work.. but $$ wise not that great..
guess we cant really have a dream job....

leave is also very good... want to take jiu take....=)
Bonus scheme is almost like my friends who are working semi govt - People Association.
Always bonus then change car etc... so good!
My leave used to be tight but now there's a replacement, I can take leave more freely.
Lunch also flexible... sometimes I go up to 2 hours =X
Last time mouth itchy also can go buy snacks but now our company location very ulu, wanna buy food hab to walk very far >.<
contractor dont have this benefit.. i even went to MOM site..
as long the employer terminates the contract or contract period ends.. i get nothing.. even its the last tri... no fight ...
even MOM cant help and so rigid lol..
my company is not a small company .. but its heavily depend on manager.. if manager dont like you.. nothing can help you .. sigh... big company HR also no use...

An employee on fixed term contract, temporary or part-time employment is entitled to 16 weeks of maternity leave if she meets the eligibility conditions under the Child Development Co-Savings Act, or 12 weeks of maternity leave if she satisfies the eligibility conditions under the Employment Act. If she is eligible for paid maternity leave, she will be paid at the gross rate for each day that she would normally have been required to work under her contract of service.

Read somewhere tummy big doesnt mean baby is big... Im worried skali my baby is average then im left with the excess 'meat'! My thighs very big .... you see my top half only slim.
