OIC... i m now 35 weeks
now im 37 wks.. baby weighing 2.9kg...
Now im worried again, when the baby is out, my mum in law wont b staying over with me overnight during my confinement. so im beginning to worry.
Dont knw how... I think my own mummy is the best... she will at least offer to help me... but she is helping to look after my bro's baby. i wonder if she can cope with my bro n my baby at the same time..
Reali upset over this.. i wish im a full time mummy...
How old is your bro's baby? Is your niece/nephew very clingy sort? You mother in law will be helping you out in the day?
i will be taking care of my babe at nite. try to get advice from your mother in law or mother when they assist you durning day time on how to take care of baby at nite. and moreover durning the day you can rest while your mother in law or mother help you out.
it balance the rest time for both you and mother in law/mother.
dont forget, they have aged and stamina is low . they need rest too.
Anyone out there start to have swollen feet?????
i started since more than 2 weeks back...its getting more and more serious
walking more than 30 mins hurts a lot
Anyone has very bad itchy tummy... I now has very horrible stretch marks on my tummy. is red and abit swollen.. Is there anything i can do to reduce the itch?????????? it seem that i cannot stop scratching myself....
R we supposed to have swollen feet nearing birth or izit water retention? i heard dat if you didn't drink enough water, you will have water retenton. or when you sit or stand too long, there isn't any blood circulation that is y will swollen.
This is what I read but it has only happened to me recently.
my job requires me to stand and walk ..which is why i had it so early..haizzz
but i also believe if your job require you to walk or stand for too long, you tend to have swollen feet.
as for me, i dont get it maybe becos i am a stay-home mtb .
try massaging your leg to reduce the water retention.
Dont wori, you will able to handle it..
Discuss with your husband after fews days during your confinement when you know the milk timing for your baby.. See whether he can help with 1 feeding in the middle of nite like 2am or 5am..
This will allow you to rest a bit more in te nite...
Or rest more in the day time when your mother in law is there to help you..
But I have to say you have to let go of your expectation when you let her take care of your baby... If not it will be more stress for you instead of more rest..
I also take care of my 2 sons myself during night time with only help from my husband..
But I also try to not to disturb my husband so much as he has to work that why I only ask him to feed them during the 5am feed so that after the 1 or 2am feed I can rest till maybe 6++ but becos I breastfeed so also cant sleep too long...
Whether your mom can handle your baby after you go back to work, you have to ask and discuss with her.
When my 2nd son is out, I also ask my mom can she manage with the 2 kids but she said try loh... So in the end still okie...
I send a enquries for maid thru this wedsite:
Netmaid - Singapore Maid Agencies
Choose 2 agency to ask for maid Bio data after checking out what are their charges.
1st agent, bring a maid with him without informing me that he is doing that to my house. I was not prepare to interview any maid so did not know what to do but just ask sme standard question. I also see some bio data provided by the agent but feel that he is not well prepare as when he leave I told him I will consider 1 of bio data maid, he sms me next day that the maid left Singapore already... (Not up to date info)
2nd agent, cheaper fees, more prepared and able to suggest a maid to me base on what are my criterias.. So in the end settled my maid finding with the this agent...
