8am- 100ml porridge with 90ml milk
1030am- 30-60ml milk
1230- 100ml porridge with puree fish n puree vegetables
3pm- 30-60ml milk
5pm- 1 fruit puree, apple or pear or 1papaya slice
6.30pm- 100ml porridge with puree fish n puree vegetables
9pm- 100ml cereal mix with milk
1030pm- 30-60ml milk.
My kid turning 1 at the end of the month does not like milk. I had difficulty getting him to drink since young..... Tried similac, frisco, nan, enfra, mamil.
