Currently had this maid for 2 months plus n she is doing very well.I like her too coz she learn thing fast n most importantly she can cook. But suddenly she told me that mayb she do not want to work anymore due to my third child which the Edd is may 2011.What should I do???
Could it be the maid dont want to take care of the 3 kids or the new born baby. Coz the midnight feed which can really tire them out.
Try to find out more and discuss with your hubby and maid.
BTW, is your maid ex-sin, holding hp? and does she have off day after she pay off her 6 mths loan?

She say that she might not able to handle so many kids in hand.now she is taking care of my 7 months old baby n I'm looking after my 2.9 yr old girl.that y I also dont understand!!!I also told her that my new born defintely will take care by me.oh yes,she is ex-sin but no Hp n off day!
Maybe she dont feel confident looking after 2 tods when your No. 3 arrives. I've interviewed maids who mentioned specifically that they are looking for employers with 2 or less kids, cos they feel they can't handle all the kids alone by themselves.
At least she is honest with you and tell you now. Probably you can ask the agent to quickly help you shortlist suitable candidates?
thanks for all the advise.
my maid change her mind after consult by the agent.she now want to continue to work again!I'm worried coz I reali dont know wats she want n wats inside her mind. The agent told me that she lack of confidence but I feel that she abit lazy n do not like children.Confused n worried!!!!
In that case you have to talk to her, cause sometimes after consulting the maids feel more confident, but some they are force into it? Sit and talk to her ask her y firstly she say that even after you say you will take care of your third one. You have to monitor her how she is behaving nowadays, does she need to take care of your first after your third arrive, if yes she do, train her now itself and see how is she coping? Do not stress yourself now, ask your partner to look into this as you will need lots of rest and of course sress free
