read from article:
However, one of the most dramatic changes during pregnancy is your blood volume. you will create approximately 50% more blood, yor body's way of helping your uterus grow as well as carry more oxygen and nutrients to your baby, more blood also means your heart is working harder t pump it through your body and your blood vessels willl dilate faster and you might find yourself short of breath more often.
no worries ok? its normal.
I think breathlessness is pretty common. I myself experience the same thing, dont't worry.

i went to the antenatal class.. the speaker mentioned that we will have breathing difficulties, partly due to baby occupying more space inside, making our lungs space smaller.. therefore causing us to have such problem.
i even experience short of breath after changing sleeping position from left to right.. -_-"
