This happen to me as well.
I bought the 1st trial voucher and set an appointment forfacial. After the consultant did analysis to my face, the consultant said itneed 3 enzymes which cost S$500. But I can offset with membership and get a setof product.
After the facial, the consultant show me the before andafter picture. And persuade me to get 20 sessions of treatment. I rejected itsaid I got no time to come and I still got other facial package at somewhereelse.
Then the consultant lower down and ask me to sign 10sessions first. I said, I dont't know how the product suit my face. She said, noworries, we can refund if it's not suit your face. So I signed for 10 sessions.
After the 3rd session, their so called Specialist analyst myface and said it's OK to remove the pigmentation. It was half way doing thefacial, and the consultant said I need to get the remaining 10 session to beable to do the removal. Out of sudden, I give them my credit card. So now intotal I got 16 sessions left.
After the removal, my face become red and swollen till theneck area. And I facing difficulty to breath. So I went to seek skin specialistconsultation. Skin Specialist said my skin are allergic and sensitive. I needto get injection and anti-biotic to relieve my swollen.
Now I not dare to go there and continue my remaining facial.Can I ask for refund? But if refund no successful, I worried during theremaining facial, they will did something to my face.
Any comments how should I deal with it? Report to Consumer Tribunal?Any advice ?
