another illegal way is to contribute CPF to your mother in law's account to show she is working, can say its home biz or its working as full time nanny/confinement lady something like that also can.
me not all correct coz i still finding out facts for Baber's Primary 1 next year so half half lOlzzzzzzzz
Some popular schools may have slightly stringent requirements but as long as you fall within Phase 2A, sure guarantee a place
Ministry of Education, Singapore: Phases of Primary One Registration Exercise
cannot...like that evy1 will make use of this to buy many flats liaooo.....
me n woody married = our name can only APPEAR in 1 house only, irregardless he's the tenant or wadever....
i got ask tis too...cos i mentioned that they'r single parent's family....so will govt grant them an exception by putting woody's name in that bedok house---their ans is NO.....
no use...HDB will see your past records....idiot mother in law never work for 10years+++ then now you suddenly put $ inside, you tink HDB will believe maaaaaaa...
unless she has $ in her bank to full settle the outstanding loan...otherwise, transfer of ownership is not feasible...
its true, this one you can check with HDB, one of my friend does that (cannot say who but is mummysg member here), she put her hubby's name as Tenant. So meaning her hubby can buy another HDB coz he is not the owner there, he is just a tenant.
Meaning you transfer your woody's name out of the HDB flat but it depends on what scheme you r buying that time, if its married couple scheme denn i think only after 5 years or something like that then can transfer, this one i m not very sure. OR there is a minimum age requirement to own a HDB also i dont know......
judging from woody's story, he said his elder sis's hubby is from that sch, so they fall under 2A(2)...
- At the end of Phase 2A(2), 50% of the remaining places will be allocated for phase 2B and the other 50% for Phase 2C registrants in a school. In the event that less than 50% of the allocated vacancies are taken up at Phase 2B, the remaining vacancies will be carried forward to Phase 2C. ↩
but the paragraph above, never mention anyting about PV.....so it means its AUTO/100% guarantee can get in cos 1 parent is an ex-student???
its not a legal way of doing thing but in law theres always grey areas. Of coz if you do that must contribute in a regular manner and not anyhow put in. I think at least for half a year to prove there is income
but hshddb, seriously speaking i think the main "problem" to tackle is not to focus on external ways but your woody. He is the deciding factor, no point you find this and that to backup your case but in the end he still dunn agree.
so best is you have a good word with either your sister or anyone who understands your situation best to give you good advices.

OMGGGG...then y just now the HDB ger told me diff story when i mentioned about single parent family n ask if woody can put his name @ bedok house....OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!! !
but then again, for current house if he's tenant, so all the monthly installment will deduct MY cpf only??? my monthly cpf contribution is NOT euff to maintain the loan.......moreover, if need to remove woody's name from ownership to tenant, izzi i've to pay him wadever he has paid using CPF or cash???? i doubt i have so much cash n euff cpf in my account to pay him......
mother in law has $$$$ in her bank.....tats y i'm not worried about the repaying part to his elder sis on wadever she has contributed....
its the current serving of the loan (when you transfer ownership) which is what i'm worried about cos HDB will reassess your ability to pay the outstanding loan ....
its all about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ tsk tsk tsk
when you asked her about single parent family, you dinn tell her you going to remove your woody's name right? So its like an appeal case right?
actually one thing is some pple also think its not berri nice to "remove" woody's name for the flat coz its like not so nice~~~.....you get what i mean?????
$$$ wise yr woody can always do voluntary contribution to your CPF account to match the different nia~~~so actually if got $$$ = prob solved 50% liaOOooooooo
HSHDDB you bought berrri big house arhhhh
my current house i m payin alone worhhh
ask her hubby to use his cpf pay her elder sister In law if he took over the flat. then her mother in law pay lala n her hubby the lump sum of CASH her hubby used in his cpf to pay elder sister In law. then every month use the lump sum cash to pay lala dearie's flat installment..
lik that can bo?
now he singaporean liaoOOoo
meaning his CPF account is an empty shell lOlzzzzzzzzzzz
my house instalment only $461 per month, i bou that time was $149500, berri cheap hoorrrrr
repayment period = 30 years lOlzzz, still ano 25 years to go lOlzzzzzzzzz
- then every month use the lump sum cash to pay lala dearie's flat installment cos her hubby cannot pay for their own flat IF he is not the owner
but the pro is, her hubby cpf must hav that lump sums of money too and her mother in law MUST take out the money to give them 1st, if not later she back out..
