Any idea how to draw up a will without lawyer?
Can make a will to pass to husband, and auto pass to child when turns 16 if both suay suay something happen "touch wood"?
I attended a seminar some time back and found out that we can also do up our own will. Which I did and also verify by my lawyer friend that it is valid.
You just need to be very clear in your wishes/instructions.
Sign off in front of 2 witness (must be a 3rd party, ie. not benefiting from your will/wishes/instructions
Get the 2 witness to sign off and stated their IC nos below.
By default, what ever you have goes straight to you husband (if he is still alive before you do). If not, it goes to you children in equal share.
Hope this helps.
Anyone try this?
