Agree with stonston that wedding is a celebration. That time I also very tight on budget. Coz reno house at the same time. But we can estimate our friends' ang pow and relatives' ang pow so we manage to go for wedding banquet at hotel. In the end break even.

Outdoor very popular nowadays. Can consider Hort Park.. Looks nice. LOL. That time my cousin did it in Botanic Gardens.

Ting, Botanic Gardens has a very nice old colonial building you can rent to have your wedding. In case bad wedding, at least have shelter Plus got aircon, so if weather hot, not so bad And it's quite cheap cos it's under NParks. You go their website to see. Fort Canning also have (that's where I had my wedding )

For change of surname, need to go court and apply and must have good reasons. I think for yours, the natural father must be uncontactable or agree to it. Best to check with lawyer. Cos I wanted to change my surname before (my dad's surname is in dialect, mine is in hanyu pinyin), super troublesome, so end up did not. Even after married, I did not change my surname to follow my husband.

The Fort Canning one is called "The Legends" right? I think closed down liaooo or in the midst of changing management. My friend wanted to book it for his ROM last year but wasn't able to do so.

Ting: Yeah, my cousin booked the colonial building one at Botanic Gardens. It's upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs the bride can change her clothes and do make-up and stuff.

nope.. my bridal shoot i took it at WhiteLink. i took the cheapest, around 3k i think. but the photos came out to be really good! my bro's friend who is very good at this, also commented very good..

oh back to the topic, the 700 is actual day dee.. that time the guy say 8hrs only but he took photos for me till nearly 12am!!! and horr i told him to reach the restuarant at 8pm will do, he reached at 7pm! morning also reached very early.. i so scare, keep tell him dont need so early come he told me "dont wry lahh! though i said 8hrs but i wont charge you more dee..." so end of the day i gave him an angbao.. and my parents took cab long bang him home.. haha..

that time e guy said after me, he increase the price to 800 liaoo.. include 300 3R photos in a photo album, the rest of the photos will return to you in cds..

got 2 free slide show.. one he will do for you to play during the dinner, using those photos taken in the day..

IUI process
-take jab/or clomid (if clomid doesn't make you ovulate properly, have to take jab)
-jab jab evyday until "egg shell" is big euff n its about to ovulate
-the day before they do IUI, they will give you a jab on your butt to release your egg yolk within 24hours
-day of IUI, wash sperms to get the healthy golden army troops...then insert a tube below n inject the troops inside

IUI is similar to normal ML yaaaa..through IUI, the troops dont need to travel a long distance to the egg yolk...some troops may get lost, died or by the time they reach the egg yolk, they'r to weak to b fertilised.....so IUI minimise all these by injecting the troops NEAR yr egg shell......but, they cant examine if your egg yolks r in good condition to fertilise or not....






IVF
-take jab daily (confirm take jabs cos the aim is to produce as many egg shells as possible)
-jab until your egg shell is big euff BUT, not yet ovulate
-need to go ops room to take out your egg shell (you will b zzzz during the whole process, tats y IVF is so much more exp than IUI cos you need to under a minor ops to extract your egg shell out)
-gynae will examine n select the good egg yolks n do sperm wash n inject the golden army troops directly into the good egg yolks
-wait for about 3days to check if there's any chemical reaction between the harvested egg yolk + troop
-then the harvested egg yolk will b inserted back into the woman's womb (process like IUI, insert tube in n put the fertilised egg yolk back)


IVF is much better than IUI (tats y so much more exp too), chances r higher...moreover, they can examine the quality of your egg yolk....they make sure that there's chemical reaction between the egg yolk + troops before putting back into our body.....so, the rest will b the lining problem (so that the harvested egg yolk will stick onto the womb n STRIKE ARRRRR).....
