2 things come to mind ... apply VERY THIN LAYER of aloe vera gel or calamine lotion. But honestly, we didn't do either when our boys were that young ... instead we just keep wiping his face clean, rid of the sweat & whatever that's causing the rashes.Originally Posted by JacquiLau

you better dont do that... Otherwise more will come out .. LOL. Keep his face clear from everything.. Saliva, milk.. kisses!! LOL.
My dear son face since NB until 3-4mths old, always red patches at the cheeks .. Like milk rash. Most likely is the hormones I've passed to him then takes time to pass out or what.. Now handsome .. Except sometimes, will pop one or 2.. Heh. Then quickly wipe again.. LOL.

I tried these 2 also, even Hazeline Snow also.. ALL useless... Makes it worst.. Best is still like what you say, wipe wipe and oh ya! Elomat cream, but I dont use that on dear son. Contains steriod but pediatrician did prescribe to dear son . Heh. Safe but still I dont use.
My Siggi even had "whiteheads" since his first month ... which turned to "blackheads" by his second month, which his mummy had a laughing good time squeezing .Originally Posted by autumn82

If 1-2hrs later after medicine still not down, faster way out is to feed ibuprofen which is for fever > 38.5deg. However, if her fever still remains 38deg or went down slightly. Wait for 4hrs after her previous medicine intake then give another dose. For the normal Paracetamol, can be given every 4-6hrly. Ibuprofen to be given every 6hrly, no more than 4x in 24hrs.

Sponge him ... as in wet a hand towel with tap water & wipe his head, chest & back ... repeat at 30-45 minute intervals, for the whole night if necessary.Originally Posted by BbpHir3
