Ask you all, if put socks/undergarment into washing machine need to use laundry bag or use what that wont make them spolit? Lastime i never use washing machine....

Morning - Jogging 3.5KM
Breakfast - 1 glass of fresh mixed fruit juice + Egg Sandwich (wholemeal bread)
Lunch - Fish slice soup with half bowl of white rice
6PM - Pilate
7.30PM - Jogging 3.5KM
Dinner - 2 glasses of Soya Milk (no sugar) + 2 slices of wholemeal bread with Egg
