I stop losing weight no matter what i do.... lost 8 kg on my first week subseqently another 3kg then i am now stuck at 53kg. HAve been controling my eating, eat lots of vege no rice only wholegrains ...ate fruits for lunch and i run for at least 30 mins a day ! although i have got comments that i retained my old figure i still have 5 kg to my previous weight of 48kg. i heard that exercise sometimes adds weight cos build muscles, is it true?
I found it really difficult to lose the last 3kg. I've heard that with each pregnancy, a woman gains 3kg permanently!
But I'm slowly losing these last few kgs now. No choice; got to diet.
Exercise is definitely good for health but over doing will cause your metabolism rate to drop if your body is not enough nutrients. Weight is just an number to us, what we need is to lose the extra fats. Hence perhaps is because your muscles increase hence your weight still e same or goes up.
How to lose extra fats and tone legs?
Got leg muscles from excercise so running would not be a good method for me to lose weight
Eat small portion, but multiple meals..
Also, I remember I read from somewhere... enough sleep will also help to lose weight... ya.. I know it is difficult...
What is enough sleep? --> you wake up automatically, NOT being disturb by baby cries, alarm clock, etc,,,
But it really takes a lot of determination to keep yourself motivated if you plan to slim down by exercising. It took me 2 years to lost 10 kg, but great to maintain and no yo yo effect, unlike taking pills or slim down by other ways, I will stll feel my body very flabby and saggy, especially my butt and arms.
