Share your pre and post natal fitness journey here.

Let me begin:
Pre natal- Cross training on alternate days and strength training on every other day. Did alot of walking, even as the months past, slower but still moving. hahaha...till the week before delivery then stopped physical activity and spent time preparing the nursery and other stuff

Post-natal- Strength training with running workout regime, 3-4x each week. I watch what I eat all the time, and I carry my 22months young son very frequently when we travel by public transport every morning.
