Because I have history of anxiety disorder (also breathless n heartbeat fast), she says being preggy doesn't help but will just add on to these 2 symptoms.. She recommended me to see psychologist - will teach me breathing n relaxing methods.. But frankly I dont think it will help.. I did not go. Before I preggy I was taking medicine for anxiety.. But ever since first mc (last apr) then I stopped the medication completely.. So now is just to pull thru these 2 months. N of cos, it's not going to get easier.. Because the baby will squeeze my lungs further up n think it will only get worse..
Actually that's one of the reasons y I want c sect. Im very scared to b breathless. Cos usually accompanied by weak limps n fast heartbeat, really feel like dying ..
That's y once he is ready, I'm all ready to get him out of me.. Bad mummy .. Only think about myself. But I know my gynae wun risk my baby n her reputation , if baby can't b out, I dont think she will allow too.. So just got to wait. Gynae say she dont recommend anything before week 37... So actually it's not very much earlier.. I thought can do at week 35/36 or what..

Congrats! It's not true...a GP did the Urine test for you right? A GP can confirmed you r pregnant not neccessary a gynae. dont't worry be positive.
What you can do now is..rest well when you feel tired, no carrying of heavy stuff, dont't walk too much... be happy & positive. Everything will be well.
Jia you !
hey thanks for your reply....yea gp at rmg did urine test....n its positive..this is on top of my own 2 pregnancy test kits which shows positive too.guess im just over anxious....in fact when i first saw the double line my hands were shaking..i cant explain its fear or happiness :S in fact i just finished my housework i dont feel pregnant at all n mu hubby just forced me to stop so im online now resting mom said wait a few more weeks then go to gynae coz going now also no use if its still new....but anyway thanks im more settled now to hear that from you
dont't worry too much my dear friend... Imagine, we are almost there, so just hang on.
Try to distract your mind (although it is easy for us to say, you have to tell yourself).
We are always here for you..
Had my review on last Friday 3/2, Baby is already 1.2kg @ 28wk 4d I have gain 1kg so far from last appt! My next appt will be in 2 weeks time. Wow... that's very fast to have review bi-weekly excited.... I told gynae about my birth plan... what I expected in labour... Natural with no epidural.. he said ok.. good .. I will only used laughing gas & he will be encourging me tru out the labour.
Thurs 2/2, went for my pre-natal class... Nice * today visited the delivery room & the hospital room... The delivery room is not as scary as what I expected.. It's very cosy... Tv.. & even HI FI is available to play music during labour. The labour bed is just like a transformer bed ... can be detached.. Cool...
Hospital room is also very cosy... Oh ya .. managed to see a newborn just pushed out from the delivery room.. family members gathering around to welcome the little bundle.. So heartwarming.... We are very lucky ... the nursery window was drawn up awhile for our viewing.... that day .. not much babies inside...
Lastly I got to say that .. prenatal class is really very useful for a First Time Mum.. It will really helps you to get prepared of everything during labour. Next lesson will be taught on breastfeeding.. 2 more lessons to go.
** My friend who is a First Time Mum edd suspose to be on 8 Feb.. She encounter light contractions on 1 Feb got admitted to hospital since then.. she was so panicky that she dont't want to discharge from hospital.. I can't imagine she is staying till 8 feb ...from 1-8 Feb ...Hospital bill will cost up a bomb..She wanted natural without epidural.. her gynae was telling her based on her emotions... most likely she will be having c-section cos' she was too panicky & not mentally & physically not prepared for natural.. even if she wants to go ahead it will be a difficult labour.
Her hubby is having a headache on the hospital bill that is incurring everyday till delivery ...Hopefully baby comes out exactly on 8 Feb. Her Hubby regret not asking her to go for prenatal class..
