Guess 1 or 2 will not hurt unless you are very sensitive to geltine. Anyway for those who had already taken jelly, just try to avoid till delivery.
This Friday will be going for my 29th week review... yeah.. really counting down..

Me just back from Gynae. My baby is 1.6kg today n his face is so chubby.. very active inside. When Gynae is scanning his hands are moving around.. Up down up down.. Mouth is moving too... very busy inside.. Haha!
Ya I asked about my vagina feeling tensed. She asked is it that I feel like my baby dropping out feeling? I say.. Ya.. When I'm in the toilet trying to shit I dont dare to push at all. Then she say is it feel a bit swell at the vaginal area.. Ya all spot on.
Gynae says it's water retention n it's perfectly normal. Think will get worse when baby gets heavier.. N she ask me to do pelvic exercise to help..
Mine is 1.9kg @ 30w/2days is it overweight? But my hubby asked dr.han if i need to diet or my eating my gynae said NO everything is ok. Coz i every 2hours really i am very hungry so snacks like white bread plus cheese or peanut butter or strawberry jam and sometimes i drink 2 glasses of Anmum
Mine was growing faster initially.. When everyone is 0.5kg, mine is 0.7kg.. Then suddenly he slow down again.. just b happy n eat.. As long doc say ok then dont worry.. If you scared maybe just cut down on artificial sugars if you r consuming too much of it.. Otherwise you just relax ok..
I just consulted my Gynae what to do with the cord blood. She is pro donating the blood out. She says it's like buying insurance n frankly the chance of using is very little. N she says unless we have (1) baby fund ready (2) education fund ready.. N got spare cash, else she dont see the need..
She is not collecting any charges if we r donating out too.
I told her I read on URL some parents actually requested for the cord blood to b pushed to the baby. But the Gynae say if it's full term baby, there is no need to do that n the baby face might b very very red cos it's a lot of blood. However if the baby is pre mature, she advise the cord blood to b pushed to the baby.
Yeah.. So finally decided! So happy!! But how we go about from here? Call the cord blood bank contact?
Its so good to put on weight now.. haha.. I realised that I only put on 5kg so far.. dont know if it is ok or not? Will check with doc about baby's growth on Friday.
Chocolate.. my fav..
Dont worry .. Just 0.3kg heavier than my baby this is not consider overweight. Some babies grow abit faster. dont't forget you will be removing your stitch soon. Baby must be at a good weight. Those stuff you eat r not fattening gives baby energy so it's good.. Jia you
The last round is 36 weeks and this time will be the same. I went into labour after 2 days.
Your doc will remove at 34 weeks? Kinda risky.. see if you can suggest to delay 2 weeks later.. 34 weeks might concern as premature.
You can call the Singapore cord blood bank at your 32 weeks. They will do a pre screening on the phone on both your hubby & your health history. Then they will meet up to explain to you the procedure. Sign a form to acknowledge that you will be donating the cord blood.
Oh swelling there.. If you can try sleeping in "scissor position" this will lift baby up. You can try to do a dog position.. Hmmm like a crawling position on your bed .. Knees n hands 4s on the bed then try moving your body back n front slowly (just like rocking your tummy) this will helps you .. Get your baby to the right position..
It was taught in the prenatal.
