I feel nowadays... The doctors are kinda lazy to be patient enough to do natural birth for us. My eldest sis analysed and told me for the doctors, it'll definitely be easier for them to perform c-sect on us. Just take the knife and cut...baby comes out... Haha! I find that it's somehow true... Well, really gotta depend on our gynae... To see the real skills of the gynae...
My sonographer told me that doing c-sect is not good as we will lose more blood than natural. Of course I'd want natural birth with epidural. And I'm leaving it to the fate and hands of my gynae...even though he's supposed to be good... *fingers crossed*
My husband have the same thoughts as you Steffi, he likes the quinny and his friend is lending us the maxi cosi carseat for the first 6mths which can be adapted. But I just worry if I go out without hubby then I'll have difficulty keeping the stroller plus its so ex.
Korean or jap r lightweight n easy to use but not as stable but r cheaper too haha so really dont know shld follow which train of thoughts to do the purchasing
I agree with you.. leave it to fate! Initially I was very determine to go for natural cos I heard that our babies will benefit from it. But some friends also told me that natural birth is like babies running marathon! Very exhausting for them..
And C-sect also have their advantages and disadvantages.. so just leave to fate!
One of my worries is that I will run out of breath if natural birth! Now already breathless when climbing stairs! haha!!
Since wk22, I've been having pains in the rib area (just below my right breast) and it is difficult for me to get a good night sleep.
Sometimes sleeping with 2 pillows on my head helps... but I feel the pain is getting more intense nowadays...
Anyone having this pain too?
how many set of clothes do you plan to buy for baby? what kind? side snap, front snap, string tie? long, short sleeves? bodysuits??
anyone plan to buy the cot musical mobiles & play gyms? fisher price, tiny love?
hahahaa just cant stop buying... everything i see i wanna buy
i started buying when i knew i was pregnant... buying mainly white and unisex clothing..
after i know the gender i just went crazy shopping
but outta the 40 over sets.. 12 sets is those fugly cheapo kind where you wear at home...
cotton material ... button down kind... (think easier to wear and change for baby when they are younger)
very cheap its like about $4+ per set (top and bottom)
I also recently bought a TOMY cot mobile - the winnie pooh series one.
there are some bulky items I wanna get - the FP baby rocker and Jumperoo, and Haenim play yard.
Hopefully can get at the Baby Expo next weekend!
Will ask my Gynae when I see her next time. Read it is normal too. Yah I will ask my girl to move abit when it gets uncomfy. But maybe that's her comfy position too. Haha.
Sometimes I have to wake up & sit in the middle of the night for a while before going back to sleep. So it "disturb" my sleep abit.
Seems like every month I have different kind of pains... Haha...
So far I did not experience pain at the ribs area.. only my back tends to ache after standing for a period of time. But today I realised my left ankle seems to get swollen! I was horrified! I saw many tiny veins!! And I am only in my week 24!! I heard our feet only starts to get swollen around the later stage of our pregnancy!! I wonder why I am having this problem so early.. anyone facing this problem too??

Did you walk alot?
Yes drinking more water helps to reduce the swollen feet.
When sleeping, put a Pillow or 2 under yr feet too.
I guess I was walking quite alot yesterday.. cos I was running some errands. But to me it seems like normal shopping ..
Until when I reached home, I realised the ankle suddenly becomes bloated.. quickly give it a little massage at nite to try to reduce the swell. Today it seems better. Very scare!
I did raise my legs up when I'm sleeping now.. in fact since a month ago. Cos i'm worried that my legs will swell, and somemore every morning kenna cramps! But seems like it's useless.. I still get cramps in the morning, and now my ankle still swell... =(
Maybe I wasn't drinking enough water..
Will ask my gynae why when I go for my checkup next Mon..
Anw, I went to the Babyfair today, at Chai Chee.. nothing much. They only have brands like Lucky Baby and a few more. In the end I only bought small items like wipes, breast pads, bathing mats n bubble mats.
I keep touching my bulging belly button. So not used to it! Haha! The bulging part seemed sensitive...
Yr belly button already bulged?? Mine only "expanded"... So hole like looks bigger only...
Anyone experience baby having hiccups before?
