Try to move slower ESP when getting up, either from bed or from sitting down position. Before you get up, try to wriggle or move your limbs first before moving your body. Though baby protected inside the water bag, We still cannot afford any fall now in this late stage. Be careful ya
last night I felt my head is like spinning lightly while watching TV and my hubby's not back from work.. told my baby to only let me hav contractions/ waterbag burst only when daddy is with me so that I won't be alone.. haha... and this morning, I noticed I have a little bit of light yellowish discharge on my panty liners, is this normal?
discharge is normal as long no fishy smell, not alot, no blood, no cramp but is it safe to give your gynea a call to ask if you never that that before.
last nite i never sleep well again, the worst nite. every move n turn, i had cramp n pain. if sleep on back no cramp n pain but back aches. sudden feel of cold also. cant wait to have my ML start....
My gynae said its normal for pelvic bone pain due to loosening of the joints and of course baby pressing again the pelvic region.
Every night if i will get awaken twice to thrice a night, due to the pain (when I sleep on one side for awhile). Then have to slowly turn and shift to sleep on the other side. Feel so sleep deprived now.
I get what you mean. Feeling the same ache as you are. Sometimes the pelvis ache so bad that I have to stop on my track. I was massaging my calves and realised that I'm beginning to have water retention. Apparently, there's blue black too (out of nowhere and i dont remember if I have bumped into anything).
The tailbone hurts when I sleep or lay on my back for too long. Usually tried sleeping on my sides, it helps in some way but then I do get ache on my shoulder. Guess there's no best of both world!
Yap I m also experiencing backache n stiff thighs plus swollen legs... now legs look like pig trotters...
Yesterday went for antenatal n was told some woman will still look like 6 month pregnant even after 6 month after birth... so sad... hope I can slim down fast...
but most of my friends slim down after labour about 2-3 months later...need to control diet....
i will be relying on meal replacement to slim down after breastfeeding....after seeing how my friend return to her pre-pregnancy figure even better.
anyone already list out the baby shower list on guest n cake?
hubby n me decide to have backup plan on buffet n cake in case they too much order. really headaches...
ohh for swollen legs, try soak legs w/ warm water at nite, if got chinese tea add better. cover the basin n legs w/ towel to keep the steam inside. soak for about 10 to 20min. it help alots.
I have listed out my guests, although not very complete yet. Cos some people I dont know if I want to invite or not.
Buffet shortlisted a few companies. Dont think I will be giving out cakes, so less one headache...At most I buy some muffins for the buffet. Those want to eat eat...
I also have listed down the guests, and also the caterer & menu. But I will not be ordering cakes for that day, not sure if its necessary or got any meaning to it, need to ask my mother in law they all...
But if some relatives are not able to turn up and I will send them the cake.
alot comment that my bump is lower now, i look slimmer in face, legs n hands. actually quite true for me, since i never gain much.
for me is a must to give cake, cos all my relative do that. both side parent want also, since the 1st grandchild also. but my mother in law is more into it as is a must to include red eggs n red kueks.
for me i wont take any diet replacement product. i uses to take last time when young to slim down, suffer alot from that, hair loss, low blood etc.. it always best to go workout/gym n control diet by cut down on carbo/sweet food. it make our flesh more firm n fit also, then flabby arms, stomach or thighs.
I dont think I can survive with meal replacements too, sure deprive of eating... hopefully I can get to do some work out before going back to work....
Over time, i realise i need to do more and more in order to lose the same amount of weight.
I took meal replacement for my wedding preparation and I look better and score on my health checkup. It was introduced by my friend who used to be gym bunny with 6 packs abs. She lose this figure after birth of her 2 boys and could not get rid of the flabby tummy until she took meal replacement. I seek her out when i trying to lose weight for my wedding and she intro me this thingy.
I have lost a total of 9kg within 3-4 months and stop my meal replacement. My diet also changed as i become more aware of the calories I input. I was enjoying this new figure until i got pregnant.
For my meal replacement plan, once i lose my targeted weight i will stop and maintain it with exercise and diet control. Otherwise also expensive in long run.
me is before preg i lose about 5 to 6 kg in 2mth when i go gym, cut down on diet. i go for cardio n bodypump onli for 3 to 4 times a week. i actually tone down alot more n faster then hubby. think diff body. meal replacement is sure out for me, due to the health problem i have in the past.
if got c-section, dont think i can go bpdypump class . just normal workout. my collg who had c sect say is best to stop for 1yr. she just diet onli. but she seem flabby even she is slimmer then before
Yap I think its harder to lose when c sect... cause cannot immediately start post natal massage n cannot start exercise ...

Till now I only feel my baby turning inside like washing machine, have not see her hands or leg poking out...maybe my layer of fat too thick? Ha Ha
