Btw, gf said she saw one at nex level 4 those small booths selling for $20+, seems like price is similar to beansprout husk. I also found an online website selling it but hard to post link on iPhone. Will post later if I can

Any mummies can feel baby movement already?

Yeah!! I can feel my boy move from wks 18. Now wks 20 he seem like to mice every hour. Sometime he quite naughty keep on moving when I'm busy at work. When I'm free & sit down talk to him then he will keep quiet. At night he only kick me when i can't sleep well, i think maybe i turn my body left & right disturb his sleeping . Haha!! Very enjoying (⌒▽⌒)
Yesh! And I look forward to feeling him move everyday! Ha
Envious....I have not't feel anything yet, I'm starting 19th week today. Maybe my tu Pi got fats so too thick so cannot feel yet??
Hi all, this is my first post in the forum and is a first time mummy!!
My EDD is at 24th Nov, will be delivering at Mount A.
My next gynae appointment is at 7th July, can't wait to find out the gender of my baby. Gynae said can't tell when I went during my 16th week check.
I am towards my 19th week now, can't feel any movement yet though.
We are very near! I'm due 22nd nov at Mt A too, welcome!
Hi Ladies, I've been feeling unwell lately so been MIA for quite sometime. It was about 3 days back when I saw my tummy having a wavy flow. Quickly call my hubby to see but the moment when he came over, the wavy movement stops. That was my very first flutters ever felt. Can't wait for my gender scan next Thursday!
Have you ladies book the confinement lady? Tried to book some of those with good reviews but they were fully booked for this year. Any recommendation?
I felt my baby's movements at week 19. Am at 22 weeks now. She is sometimes active during the day, sometimes at night, wonder what she is up to. have not't been well too with red spots appearing on my body and limps. Initially thought it was chickenpox and went to read online whether it would affect my baby. Thank God the doctor said it's some worm bites. Not sure where the worms come from though. It's been a tough week on the body and I have not't gone to work. Am praying the rest of my pregnancy be a smooth sailing one, likewise for the rest of us mommies!
i tried calling more than 10 confinement ladies almost 2 months ago and they are fully booked. They were all recommended by friends, family and forum. Luckily we managed to find one when her initial employer backed out. Its really difficult this yearOriginally Posted by babystone:665541
I used to get many red spots on my belly and limbs too. I realised it was just skin sensitivity to dryness. It went away after applying body moisturiser during the day. Do you have many or just scattered few?Originally Posted by teriwinkle:665554
I'm thinking of changing my gynae to mt a or Thomson Medical Center, any good ones to recommend?
For now, it's a few scattered ones but noticed the number increases each day. Doc says that because there are holes I'm the middle of the spots, that's why he can confirm it's bitten by some insects, most probably worms. Also, I have a patch of blisters at my buttocks caused by infection that is so painful I can't sit down fully.Originally Posted by joasiss:665620
Sounds bad.. hope you get better soon!Originally Posted by teriwinkle:665665
Thanks, I have been faithfully taking my medication and applying cream on the affected areas. It looks like things are getting better now!Originally Posted by joasiss:665784
Teriwinkle, take care! I'm with Dr Kang Wee at Mt A, she's quite nice, very jovial.
Dolphinz, I'm scanning next fri so will be able to cfm the gender then though gynae said probably a boy.
And oh, I think I felt some flutters this morning!!!!!!!! But now even sitting down also dont't feel anything so not sure if I imagined it or not
Hello! I just did my detail scan yest and it's a baby girl.. she yawned twice during the scan..oh my, why is my baby so sleepy...
And just to highlight something I heard from my gynae..we had asked him how to use a Doppler we have to hear our baby's heartbeat as we tried a few times but couldn't detect it. He told us that we needed to check whether the Doppler was safe for pregnancy use as there are some which can be too strong for the babies in terms of the sound waves reflecting back..so just take note for those who bought a Doppler.
Congrats! Mine's a girl too. I saw mine yawned once, so cute.Originally Posted by apricotgem:665915
