Anyone if you tried the bra in shops before buying? Im between s and m size and i dont know which to get.
Any of you have excessive water retention since you've got pregnant?
My first tri was very bad. With lots of vomittings and Morning Sickness but i still gained weight despite all that. My gynae told me its water retention. I thought water retention starts from third tri? My face is puffy.
I have gained a total of 14kg in my 29 weeks and I am so afraid that I could not lose them all.
it is normal for pregnant women to experience water retention... you can try to increase circulation thru exercise, and lifting feet up.
I find lifting feet up and massages help a little - can get your husband to help if you cant reach - broad strokes up from ankles all d way up the leg.
Unfortunately it will get worse especially the few days before delivery as we are carrying a lot of fluids for two, good news is it will go away after delivery though.
Yep ill just get a box to stand by.Originally Posted by nature59:689954
Joasiss, I just ordered two nursing bra from online, about $20 for one. Not sure if it is good, will let you know when I receive them next week.
I think water retention is a common phenomenon, putting up legs do help, also watch the salt intake...
Sigh!! Thought of doing the 4D scan on friday.. But this naughty little rascal turn his head and face to my back.. -_-" I'm wondering if it's normal for him to be facing downwards at 28 weeks?
I will be going for the 3D/4D scan too.
But im only turning 26 weeks on Tues so I probably have to wait another Month!!
where will you b e doing your scan?
Hmm, on my 24wk gynae visit, He said that My baby is Face down too.
Thats why ive been feeling her kicks at my Belly Button Area..
However, Im SOO convinced that she is now in Breech Position & perhaps facing Backwards cuz Her kicks are now felt much much Lower and I cant exactly pinpoint the Location....
Like she's kicking my insides..
ANy mummies have similar experiences?
I nearly thought water retention is becos I drink too much water!
Update on my b zhai status. Currently on Wk 28. B zhai weighs 1.3kg. I gained 900gm since Wk 25.
Why you all gain so little weight ): So envious! I think i have ganied about 25 kg since. and i am only 31 weeks >.<
Had my 31 wk doc scan over the weekend, baby is 1.8kgs and he yawwWWWNNNNNed really wide - like opened his mouth almost half his face! aiyooo he has big mouth like my hubby.. boohoo
im always feeling little movements. i find it hard to sleep at night cos he keeps moving. sometimes my tummy will give a quick shake when he moves around. is it what other mummies feel too?
Oh I attended a healthy eating seminar they say ideally mummies should gain 12-16kg throughout the whole pregnancy.
Yeah b zhai moves more at night and when lying down. At night I usually go wee wee, so when I return to bed, wow! The movements can be felt n smtimes can't sleep. But good sign cos baby is active .
Hi chewysee, seems that I gain lesser becos my last chk was 3 wks ago n not 1 month . Lol.., I gain total 8.8 kg thru out. Now Wk 28 n day 3.
I have gained about 8 kg so far. Baby is 1.3 kg at 29 weeks during last check up. Gynae says his weight is ok now. (so im starting to eat my desserts and snacks!!yay!)
My baby kicks and moves a lot so i see my belly going out of shape everyday. Quite amusing and scary at the same time..haha.. He used to move mainly at night but i think he's now used to day time activities.
Haha! So cute . My hubby saw the waves n he was so amazed and amused! Haha! I look fwd to my baby girl movements everyday.
Am at 32 weeks and gained 11kg! Thought it's already considered quite a lot until I saw your comment. What do you eat?
