I did not purposely slim down or go on diet . Just that I got no choice but to choose healthier food due to my Gestional Diabetes. That's why I eat more meat and veg to make myself fill more full.
I really miss eating fried prawn noodle, kwey tiao, prata, curry etc. If my hubby eat, I'll just take a few mouthful from his plate. All this is for the sake of the little one inside. dont't want her to be born with health problems
