LilMissy: i have not really buy anything.. coz will inherit most items from my sister In law.. she just have her baby in Mar, and her baby has been outgrowing almost everything.. haha! but her pump is philips avent.. thinking if i sho try to look for the brand mandela instead.. coz heard the suction power for philips not so great..
clothes wise, i am getting from all over...LOL! but it's the other things that i'm wondering about. i dont even know where to start..heh~
btw, chocoholic. dont't worry about the kicks. as long as you can feel at least once everyday should be ok.. that's what my gynae told me...it'll get more frequent as days go by..
LilMissy: hey my collz send me quite an extensive baby preparation list.. do you want? mayb i can email to you..
Mummies, anybody feeling a sudden rapid growth in tummy? It's like suddenly my tummy is getting larger very quickly, not only that, it feels like it is pushing up against my lungs which is making me feel breathless all the time. @.@ and suddenly I'm feeling tired and sleepy all the time too, just like first trimester.. @camcamwhambam: wow! i might consider but not sure...having exams the next day..lol...still thinking if i should go or not..haha! BTW, my hubby noticed that my tummy is growing exponentially...i guess it's a good thing..coz it means the lil one is growing too! you take care and have loads of rest!!
anyone's feet starting to swell?
LilMissy: i've been having swollen feet on and off.. and im starting to feel very very tired already
@chocoholic: I PM you my email address. Need the list as well.. Very unprepared first time mum..
My tummy is huge & seems to be growing alot since the National Day long weekend. Every weekend when my siblings see me they will comment that my tummy is bigger again. Hope is a good sign!
My feet not swelling but starting to have cramps during my sleep & hunger pangs just started since end last week. The hunger pangs were terrible at the beginning of my pregnancy and eased around week 10.. But now seems to come back..
@strawberryjay talking about leg cramps at night. i get it too!!!!
strawberryjay: sent you the list! HIH! i'm also quite an unprepared 1st time mom.. hee.. your baby could b gg thru some growth spurs, thus the increase in the appetite?
LilMissy: my shoe size already increase by about 1+up since ending 1st term.. i hope its just water retention.. haha!
Muffie & Camcam: same here! i'm starting to feel more tired easily too..

All mummies now that our tummies get bigger n bigger, start applying stretch mark cream or oil!
Chocoholic: I'm using medala during my first .. was good n will continue to use for my no2.
phoebe84: hihi! thanks! yah i heard medala is better.. but thinking whether i should save $$ and just take over my sister In law philips avent.. Hmm..
LilMissy: np at all! Hope it is useful to us! can you wear slippers at work? i'm wearing slippers only when no customer/guest around.. haha.. more comfortable..
strawberryjay: wah.. so fast? dont know whether mine will pop out or not.. will prob look funny when it does.. :/
@chocoholic: i only wear slippers inside office..will change once i go out....the list will definitely be useful! Will be gg thru it with hubby...
LilMissy: can ask what size baby clothes r you getting already? i dont know if i sho buy 0-6mths or above.. haha.. btw, mayb you sho also get some new shoes too! excuse for shopping.. :P
@chocoholic: i'm not too sure actually. LOL! have not't really went to collect the baby clothes that people are giving to me. haha! That's what hubby suggested too! to buy new shoes. but somehow i am lazy..haha!
I'm saving money for the baby fair in October (Oct 4 - 6), there's going to be 400++ brands at that one location. So hopefully I can get good deals there.
As for breast pump, if you intend to use manual one Avent should suffice, but if you want electric one my colleague recommended me to get Medela Freestyle or Medela Swing.
My boy has been kicking and moving a lot since he was just 15 weeks. I felt his movement pretty early even though this is my 1st pregnancy. My gynae said I have very sensitive womb. He's moving and kicking a lot more lately and it's a daily affair which I'm loving it. Cuz when he moves, I know he's doing alright in there.
