I agree MissA! My girl was in breech position until she was ready to be delivered.. So I was worried to the end about going for c-sect.
@missA: turn hours before due?? notti baby...lol...well, i hope she turns ...if not..haiya....but niwae, thanks for the consoling words....which i know you're trying to console yourself too...LOL!!!
I hope that she gains more weight too....sheesh~
Welshia: oh you are still studying? that is tough for a pregnant woman.. i think you will need alot of family support to help you get through the logistics? last resort, you may have to defer a semester?
LilMissy, missA: I also hope my boy will turn soon.. will prefer to go for natural too.. but currently still feeling his kick at the lower tummy area.. trying to talk to him everyday about turning.. haha..
I'm also quite worried that I have to go for c-sect instead of natural because the last scan at 26 weeks, my boy is still in breech position. I hope he turns to the correct delivery position (head down) when I'm getting closer to the due date. *worried*
Any of you having heartburn lately (I'm 29w1d as of today)? I had heartburn during 1st trimester, then it stopped in 2nd trimester, and unfortunately, it's back again this week. Now I have to restrict and control my diet again in order to control this condition. >_<
Lilmissy: mine was still in breech position too.. but my gynae said 'its okay.. you talk to your baby okay? ask him to turn.. next month we check again' hopefully he will!
anyways any mummies experiencing blurred vision? i will experience it once in a while these few days
all these dec babies..haha! not turning yet.. :P
@muffie: ya, that's what my gynae said too..so we have been talking to her everyday to turn...rub and rub the tummy...
blurred vision? no man....
@LilMissy: Your gynae allows you to rub your tummy ar? I told my gynae about the painful and uncomfortable braxton hicks that I've been experiencing, as I was telling her I was rubbing my tummy, then she suddenly said stop rubbing your tummy, it will only aggravate and cause more braxton hicks. So ever since, I've tried my very best not to rub my tummy too much, except when I'm applying moisturizer.
@mrschievious: well, i dont rub hard..lol....and niwae, sometimes, she can be in such uncomfy position i.e. elbow jutting out and what not...it can be quite painful...so i'll sayang her so that she'll move into another position...
@LilMissy: Haha. Icic. My boy has been jutting out left and right. Sometimes I wonder if he's doing yoga inside, cuz at times I'll have 2 pointing ends poking from different sides. I also will sayang him a bit to get him to move to a different position.
Mine turned ! But I heard sometimes the baby may keep changing position until delivery.
BTW! Babies Bellies having promo during Oct Baby Fair - buy 1 get 1 free massage!
@selp: I am sooooo getting that pre-natal massage next Friday. My lower back pain has been creeping back every now and then, but I've been doing the cat/cow stretch to ease the discomfort a little.
So who's going to the Baby Fair next Friday? I'm going there with my hubby in the afternoon after my gynae appointment in the morning.
mrschievious: i likely to b gg to the Fair next Friday too.. hope the crowd wun be horrendous! your boy very cute .. so active! haha! mayb just gentle caressing of the tummy sho b fine .. rub seem hard..
selp: i have not try babies bellies yet.. are they good?
anybody here cfm their jamul/postnatal massage yet?? any contact to share??
@mrschievious & @chocoholic: i'm going on friday too! after my gynae appt..heehee.....
even if we stumble on each other, we wudnt know how each other looks like..lol...
I'll prolly have to look for breast pump already....sigh~~
@ch0c0h0lic: I have noted down and contacted several post-natal jamu massage, but I'm going to check out the offers for post-natal massage at the Baby Fair next Friday. Compare the prices then decide who to take. Hehe. I just gently caress my tummy in circular motion, but my gynae scold me ley. Hahaha.
@LilMissy: True, true. Hahaha. I'll be checking out the breast pump at the Baby Fair too. But I think I'll most likely buy the brand Ardo. Quite a number of moms claim that Ardo Calypso breast pump is good and quiet (less noisy as compared to Medala). What brand are you looking to buy?
Oh.... I think it will be pretty awkward if my CL sees my boobs. Hahaha! Because I have never exposed them to anyone before, except my hubby & to a female gynaecologist whom I have stopped seeing for a few years. Sighs... Can I ask my CL to get out of my bedroom when my baby is latching? ;p
Erm.... If baby turns by 30 weeks, isn't that too early??? I thought it is tough for babies to hang upside down for so long...
Nope, I dont have blurred vision. I suffer from heatiness because I have 3-4 ulcers right at the back of my throat!!! Yucks!!!
Any mummies having disgusting ulcers like me???
Chocoholic: still studying Yeah. Just did my deferment. Failed one core module and my whole poly life have to delay sigh. Thank God my parents were very supportive.
Can someone enlighten me? I am curious about many things. Like what can I do during confinement? Can i still cook my own meals? Do housework? I can't wash my hair nor shower for a month? And if babies are more suitable sleeping in an air-conditioning room or just the fan? My mom told me sleeping incthe air-conditioning room would be better .Well, my hubby family does not sleeps with air con everynight and I am those kind that sleeps with air con everynight.
Oh and any mummies experiencing like frequent muscle cramps in the last tri? Like my pelvic area always gets like a stretching pain if I move too suddenly sometimes.. And my leg muscle has been cramping up every single night in my sleep these few days! Goodness.
Btw mummies, anybody on Facebook? maybe we could add each other up! Next time can even create a Facebook group page and arrange for meetups!
you can add me up too! Zur'ain Mohamed Zin
