Thanks luckymum for your precious advices will discuss with hubby about this.
So envy of some mummies that could already feel the movement of baby.. I still dont feel anything yet. My hubby is urging our boy to kick me every night so that we would know he is active inside womb.
Anyone going for triple test?
Wow have not't logged in for a while so many new posts!
I agree with Neymo - mommy got intuition. Hee... Though didn't know I was right till confirmed by gynae.
Have anyone heard about bbnanny service?
Actually to think bout it we should not b bias, as long as healthy will do. seemslike next week we will find out our baby gender. Am so excited as previous gynae check up at w14 can't c. did not talk to baby then as I thought too early to give pressure to baby. But since coming next week us w20 checkup at hospital I will talk to baby a day before and when I on d way to hospital so that baby will b co operative n quai quay during checkup. After gender is known most probably will go shopping buy him/her 1st outfit!!! Really can't wait... So excited!!!
AprGal, I believe yours one at W20 should be able to know the gender
Me too.. Very excited and looking forward to next Friday W20 detailed scanning...... Wait until soooooo long (6 weeks) to see the baby again
Hopefully my baby is healthy in all aspect and the gender wont suddenly "change"... LOL
AprGal, I had bought an useful baby shelf from IKEA 2 weeks ago. Most of the stuffs will be passing over from my hubby's brother. Could save up quite a lot of $$. I'll be going to baby fair this weekend and see if there is any good bargain LOL
my gut feeling tells me that im having a boy.. i'm afraid that it's only based on my biasness..
oh, well.. =(
My gynea was saying if your age is below the high risk rate actually is optional to do the test. I still did mine though and it's low risk group.
Anyone have any idea which type of moisturizer is good for the belly?
Siti, so far only myself and neuros were confirmed by gynae that ours will be prince.. the rest of mummies will have their scanning these few weeks and most probably the gender could be known...
Will update the Gender Score Board once more mummies do their update here..
Also wishing you have the boy as you wish!!
Hi. Im new to this page n been reading alot here for knowledge & understanding. 1stly, congrates to all mummies.
Im at my 14w 4days now wt my 1st baby.
Just a curious question;
I have been having pain on my butt, especially at my tail bone area when i sit too long. Is this common? I had very bad staircase fall in the past n really hurt my tail bone. I suspect minor hairline crack but never had any chk-up or x-ray. just traditional massage. Is this due to my past fall that i am experiencing tis pain now?
JuJuLim. My friend recommend Johnson & Johnson Baby Oil to rub at the belly. Its the most cost saving & very effective against strech marks. The other is the butter something brand which is most expensive & results varies.
Hey putri thanks a lot. I will go try it out for the oil.
Im not too sure about your pain on your butt but I heard once baby get bigger we might feel pain on the hips and swell on legs.
Hello mummies and mummies-to-be, this is my first time posting, though i've been a silent reader. I'm due first week of March with my firstborn. Glad to have people who are going through similar stage of life. Nice to meet you all!
I've just been quite the worrier. Having problems with seeing the gynae only once in 5 to 6 weeks. The time in between is agonising, especially since I dont't seem to "feel" pregnant. I've requested to see her earlier and my gynae would tell me "aiyo, why you worry so much?" haha. Any of you like me?
Would welcome suggestions/recommendations from you gals on:
-Confinement tingkat/food delivery
-Pre/post natal massage
-tips on coping being a mother and working (especially if breastfeeding)
-Anything at all! )
I know there may be other threads which talk specifically about these topics. But somehow it's nice to hear from people who are going through the same things at the same time
