I'm the opposite, I've been having loose stools for past two weeks. Sorry for TMI. But I find that my stomach doesn't have the "need to go toilet" sensation. What I do is make it a point to sit at the toilet after I have breakfast. Sometimes have to sit for 30 min but in the end, will have bowel movements.
Ya, me about the same. After breakfast with hot drink will sit in toilet, even sometimes dont't have result for first try but most of the time will success for long enough time trying. Just make it a habit. BTW, i'm vegetarian, eat more vege may help
My baby finally turns her head down, though not engaged yet, but doctor said still have time, no need help her to get engaged yet.
I didn't do vaginal swap test today, my doctor said to do it next week.
How do we know if the baby's head is engaged?
Gosh, I have been feeling a little aching at my pelvic these days, walking very very slow and baby kicks are like at its peak, strong, obvious and tight.
My husband and I can literally see the increase in "waves height" and the punches up and down on my tummy.
Getting very uncomfortable to sleep too, be it on the left or right side.
Now I finally understand why I am told to enjoy my 2nd trimester, it's the honeymoon period.
You mean if baby head is down doesn't mean engaged?
Hmm thought it is! Ha..
yea skt! Can feel baby kicks harder n stronger n the waves higher but it passes quickly too.
sometimes baby will kick my rib cage n it actually hurts!
This link will explain the labour stations baby is in. Baby is head down doesn't mean is engaged. Very informative!
I finally clear my hard n dry stools..I cut down on my anlene milk intake, drink lemon water & take yoghurt for 2days...hope this diet helps n constipation go go go away ..
Hi mummies, i told my gynae about me sitting at toilet bowl to wait for d.poo sensation n erh my gyane told me not too sit too long at d toilet bowl if no poo poo feeling..will develop piles ...
Wow the thread has been moving but I didn't know, cos no email notifications. I thought what happened?
Ive been diligently eating fruits and drinking water since my bad constipation in first trimester, which landed me in A&E so embarrassing. So mummies eat more fruits but must be coupled with water if not its useless.
My baby head turned down too but yet to engage my tummy still quite high I think.. Waiting for it to drop lower. I've been walking more and also doing squats with my husband everyday.
Dont really feel like eating recently, dont't know why.
Sleep is getting hard already, my tummy so heavy. Feels sore whenever I wake up at night to go pee. 2 weeks 6 days more for me to go!
Hi mummies, I have not't been doing any exercises for pelvics other than walking after meals
how? Is that bad?
any simple exercises that we can do to help with delivery n birth process? Thank you!
Sunbeams - start doing your pelvic exercise...slow walk about 30mins..other forum suggested walking stairs...humm..not sure about this..will ask my gynae when I see her on wed.
