im in my 22 weeks now still able to trim my nails myself. hubby got suggest to trim 4 me but i dun dare to let him when i c his. lolx!

So sweet. hubby do the trimming and applying of cream.

I am in my 24th week. Still can do my own nails cutting lah, but quite uncomfortable.

I choose TMC is bcos mof my friend recommendation, my gynae is at ACJ Clinic (3rd level). So far ok lah.

Hope that my baby will come out during that time, not too early, not too late.
Did you all measure the diameter of your tummy now? Some say mine is big but some say just alright... so dunno which is true.

mine is the first baby. i also heard that first baby tends to be earlier. mine is a girl - now 25 weeks old ler.

dimension> i was lost when i knew i was pregnant in jan. just did some internet search on KK, TMC & Mt A. and in the end settled for Dr WK Tan at TMC - heard she is very good from some friends too, consultation also at tmc

mrs chia> Wow, talking about cutting nails, i really have difficulty in cutting nails le. tummy blocking my way - cannot bend down too much. i also cannot trust my hubby's cutting skills.

little rat> how big is your tummy? i haven't tried measuring. but i will try measure one of these nights. hahaha. mine also rather big and i find it difficult getting up in the morning ler. back strain leh.

ah cheng> when is your EDD? we may see each ther at TMC ah. should be very close to mine.

My EDD is ard 18 Oct (in my 24th week now). Ya, hope to see you gals also. Can give each other support and accompany.

I am already Fat before pregnant, so very hard to buy clothes now. Hazzz.... have not measure my tummy yet. But so far I have gained about 6kg liao. How about you gals?

I also gained 6-7 kgs ler. so its average huh - 6kg? I tot i gained too much ler. but my doc says my baby is only 700g. that means i gained most of the weight lor. gosh. dun worry, we try lose it after birth la. i was told not to think about losing weight now, if not baby will suffer. must continue to eat and eat esp 3rd trimester, must eat n let the baby grow. i heard they grow alot during this period.

went to see my gynae yesterday, she said I gained 3kg over the month, which means extra 1kg. Which is not good.

Averagely we should gain only about 2kg per month. Otherelse, not only we are getting fat, baby also will be overweight. Must control my eating this month, cannot exceed more than 2kg.

As for confinement lady, I only decided to book last minute too.
Got 3 recommendations but can only get 1 of them. So just booked her liao. Very expensive ya, mine is $2k. How about yours?

wuihh we have same edd leh.... my edd is 9 oct.... and today just went back from doc, she said my baby weight also 700 gr.... but she said my baby too thin... in fact i already gain 7kg now. hiazz dont know where all the food go.

Quite interesting ya. They are able to know the baby weight also.
Ya, sometimes I was thinking where all our food gone to, how will the baby absorb the food nutrition?

i think you can ask the doc on the weight of the baby during every visit.
That is what my colleagues advised me. to weigh ourselves and know how much weight we have put on for the month and at the same time, ask about the baby weight to assess how much has we n the baby gained for the month.

I am also shocked when i heard my baby is only 700g+ and yet i have gained 6kg+.
i guess the weight gain maybe more n more during our last trimester to come.
I ever saw from the internet on the average fetus weight and growth. think they grow super fast in the last trimester.

Which hospital would you be in? mine is TMC. is yours boy or girl? wow, and your baby is growing also at the same rate as mine. Gosh, the doc really told you your baby is too thin? oh no. my next appt is 2 sats from now. hope she could be at least 1kg by then. Praying hard...
