Description:
Egg yolk is an excellent source of protein and B Vitamins, whereas carrot contains a high amount of Vitamin A and beta-carrotene.
Ingredients:
  1. 1/2 carrot
  2. 1 egg
Preparation:
  1. Peal carrot, rinse and cut into pieces. Cook till soft and mash well.
  2. Cook the egg and remove the egg white. Mash the egg yolk with a little water and mix well with carrot.
Instructions:
  1. Tip: Mash the egg yolk with a little water into a paste, this helps the baby in dgesting the food.
