| Time: N/A Difficulty: N/A Serving Size: 4 portions | Description: This is a great recipe my son love! Like to share with mummies here! Mashing rather than pureeing your baby’s food is a good way to gradually introduce more texture. Combining broccoli with creamy mashed potato and cheese is a great way to encourage babies to eat more greens. The relatively strong flavour of the broccoli is toned down by the creamy mashed potato. Broccoli is a true superfood, it is a great source of vitamin C and also contains betacarotene, folic acid, iron and potassium. |

| Worthy Lady | Re: Mashed Potato & Carrot With Broccoli & Cheese It is suitable from 9 months onwards. I use KIRI cheese which is not too salty. you can buy from NTUC supermarket, it's blue color box with KIRI word (not the laughing cow cheese with the cow face). |
