Spinach and Milk Porridge

Description:
Spinach is rich in folic acid and iron which makes it an effective food remedy for prevention of anemia and night blindness.
Ingredients:
  1. 1 leaf
  2. 30g porridge
  3. 2 tbsp milk
Preparation:
  1. Rinse and blanch spinach. Drain and chop into small pieces.
  2. Bring porridge and milk to boil. Add spinach and cook well.
Instructions:
  1. Tip: Be sure to rinse the vegetable well to remove any sand and impurities.

what type of milk ? normal milks we use to feed our kids ?

i tried with breast milk, FM and UTH milk before. you'll can experiment and see how your baby likes it

Hi Mum2Matty,
I heard that if milk is cooked under high heat, the nutrients in the milk will be gone. So if we cook the porridge with milk, will the nutrient be gone?
