7-up Banana Bread - Tasty!

 Description:
Here’s your 7-up banana bread recipe! Because nothing goes together better than soda and bread!
Ingredients:
  1. 4 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  3. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  4. 2 teaspoons baking soda
  5. 1 cup butter, softened
  6. 2 cups granulated sugar
  7. 4 eggs
  8. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  9. 2 cups mashed bananas
  10. 1 cup 7-Up Soda
Preparation:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Stir together all the dry ingredients and set aside.
Instructions:
  1. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Add eggs, and beat well.
  3. Next, add vanilla and bananas, and mixing well.
  4. Add dry ingredients alternating with the 7-Up, finishing with dry ingredients.
  5. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and cooling completely.
