You may also want to try this yummy and healthy soup too! Very easy to do...

Red date chicken soup
Chicken thigh : 2pcs

Red dates(remove seeds) : 30g (25pcs)

Long yan : 5g

Gouqi : 1 tbsp

Boiled Water : ½ cup

Waist Tonic : 1cup

Method
1) Wash chicken, drain, set aside
2) Wash red dates, long yan, gouqi, place them in stewing pot
3) Put in chicken, add half a cup of water, cover with lid
4) Place stewing pot into a bigger pot of boiling water
5) Stew over medium heat for 2 hours
6) Remove stewing pot, add 1 cup of Waist Tonic, serve when hot

Oh.. And of course, you can add in ginseng again too! Hope you like this one! =)
