1) Beat the whole egg in Ingredients A till it
bubbles, add sugar and honey, beat till it thickens
2) Add sieved Ingredients B, mix well
3) Stir in the melted butter
4) Add water to dilute to a thinner consistency
5) Cover with cloth, let it rest for 1 hour
6) Heat up a non-stick flat bottom skillet (no oil
needed) (pic 01)
7) Pour in 1 tbsp of batter (pic 02), fry till top
bubbles (pic 03), turn over and fry the other side
for 1 2 min (pic 04)
8) When cooled, apply 1 pc of pancake with a
suitable quantity of fillings, top with another pc of
pancake, serve (yield : 24 pcs)
