2) Add mushroom, stir fry till aromatic
3) Add in pre-marinated pork belly to fry till well
4) Stir in Ingredients D
5) Add enough water to cover all ingredients, bring
to a boil, covered with a lid, lower the fire to
medium flame, simmer till pork and mushroom is
tender and cooked, serve
