2.Heat up a wok of oil, fry whole chicken till golden, drained, set aside
3.Heat up 2 tbsp of oil, fry Ingredients C till fragrant
4.Toss in Ingredients D one at a time as per order, stir fry till fragrant
5.Add Ingredients E, cook till water dried up, dish up
6.Stuff fried ingredients into the stomach of chicken
7.Wrap up with aluminum foil or cellophane paper, put on steaming tray
8.Steam for 1 hour over high flame till tender, remove, add 2 cups of Huiji Waist Tonic, serve hot.
