I found dark brown discharge during 7 weeks of my pregnancy. I went to my gynae straight but there is still heart beat of my baby. However, it have been a week since the spotting and the discharge became red. Which I guess is blood. So worried. Should I go back to the gynae to check again or wait until the next visit? Any one got this problem before? How long does the spotting stop?
i went last week and have been given the hormo pills. But the spotting did not stop at all.
Is the spotting a lot? if it is then beta c the gynae......
I think you better go see gynae....
The spotting is not alot. have just called my gynae, waiting for her to see if i need to go see her.
everything will be fine....*hUgs* dont worry, go see gynae
dont worry. Hope baby will be fine.. Take care.
God bless you!
seek advice from the gynae and rest a lot. Try not to do any housework at the meanwhile.
Hi pigletgal81, I am in the same situation as you. I'm in my 6 weeks, and I have been having brown discharge for nearly 2 weeks! However in the 2 weeks, I have been scanned twice, and my baby is growing, and I could even see the heartbeat. So my gynae told me not to worry too much and relax, and rest well. I am on Utrogestan, 300mg per day.
So in this case, there is really nothing for the gynae to do, coz now it all depends on the fetus and whether it is growing, most importantly. I am consoling myself with the knowledge that up to 40% of women experience spotting during their pregnancy.
However I am told to see him immediately if I pass out clots and there is pain.
Sad to say this but yesterday during the scan, there is no more heart beat from the baby. Gynae advise to do operation to flush out the remains. I will be going for the ops tomolo afternoon.
There is really nothing we can do about this. Hope that I can pass this period... Its really terrible...
Thanks for all the concern given.
pigletgal81, so sorry to hear about this... *hugs*
maybe like what Ashbaby said, a 2nd opinion? Just to be certain?
sorry to hear that babe, wish you speedy recovery after the ops.
I'm sorry to hear that ... ~ sayang~ But gotta take care of yourself after the op k...
sorry to hear that, take care.
Yes i went for the second scan to confirm again. Confirm no more heartbeat from the baby. Not sure if it is due to my moving house. Next time will have to plan properly before getting pregnant. Cannot afford to get so sad again...
Girl sorry to hear that. Hope you recover soon after the ops. Take care.
oh no. take care babe. *hugs*
*hugs* Do take good care & have a proper rest after the op.
