Would like to ask advice from you ladies,
on how to take care - do not climb up and down, brisk walks are fine if you are physically fit to do so. also those old wives tales......i chose to believe all of them then regret lorr.....like dont cut paper/sew on bed etc etc. Basically take good care of yourself since you have a little life inside awaiting to see the world~~~
and what to eat - for the first trimester i ate what i feel like eating coz i dont hab much appetite. After about i was 12 weeks i felt more energetic and started to plan my diet everyday. I make sure i have the calcium intake enuff for preggie woman every day, the dietary fibre intake, the proteins and carbs. Its basically milk, rice, noodles, leafy vegetables, fish and chicken but i ate mostly fish, and fruits. Birds Nests once a month and occasionally, some home brewed tonics. My mum made DangSheng Soup for me coz i was expecting a boy so she said its for strength. If expecting a girl would mostly take birds nests.
and what to avoid? i followed mums advice like avoid watermelon, pineapple and any "liang" foods. also seafood like crabs/mussels and any RAW uncooked foods like sashimi.
And, is it cant lose temper - sometimes hard to control laa.....but will try to. And can be quite emotional at times, really experience mood swings. But do not be too agitated/stressed up coz will affect baby too.
and use too much strength? yup. Like carrying heavy things......
Being paranoid whether will miscarriage or not as i just had a huge quarrell with my granny. Her strong objection and she's trying to convince me im gonna regret giving birth to this monster... A thanks from the bottom of my heart for all your help - hmmmm......it should be fine *sayangs* being able to conceive and give birth to a little baby is an experience of a lifetime.....they will feel happy for you~
